Charles Scott, aged 95 years and 6 mos. Born at Dumfries, Scotland, a resident of Gloucester Co. (First at Bathurst & later at Janeville) for over 60 years, & who worked on the first steam R.R. in England, died at Janeville, January 18th, A. Elizabeth Sarah Henry, aged eighty-two years & eleven months, died at her home at Alexander Point, Shippegan, November 6th 1902, & was buried by James J. Henry, son of the deceased. The funeral took place without my knowledge & without my having been informed of the woman's existence till after she had been buried. This entry is made at the request of the above named James J.
